Terrell ISD's Excellence Center for Enhanced Learning is a product of innovative vision.  The ExCEL facility exists to provide top quality opportunities for our youth to enhance their education, athletic skills, their character and their lives.  There is tremendous power that comes with being part of a team, having the chance to further explore something you love, or discover an unknown passion for something you're trying for the first time.  Thanks to the vision, hard work and dedication of our school district and the community of Terrell, the ExCEL is where you will find these opportunities.
