  • Ashley's F.A.M.I.L.Y. Fitness accepts insurance benefits for SilverSneakers, Prime, Renew Active, and One Pass for the three 50+ classes.

Class Descriptions & Details

Strength & Balance​

  • Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and  activities for daily living.

  • Light intensity. Low impact.

  • Designed for beginners or those with limited mobility.

  • Equipment: Hand-held weights,  elastic tubing with handles and a ball (or bouncy/squeezable  ball) can be used for resistance; not required.  The participant is responsible for bringing their own equipment to this class.  A chair will be  provided for seated or standing support.  No floor exercises in this class.  Everything will be done either standing or seated in a chair.

Cardio & Strength Circuit ​

  • This is a fitness class that combines a variety of exercises to help increase cardio endurance while strengthening muscle. The workout may be led as an interval or circuit, or as a 1/2 &1/2 class (half cardio, half strength).

  • Light to medium intensity.  Low to medium impact. 

  • Designed for those who can keep  their heart rates up the majority of class.

  • Equipment: Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a ball (or bouncy/squeezable ball) can be used for  resistance; not required.  The participant is responsible for bringing their own equipment to this class. A chair will be provided for seated or standing support.  No floor exercises in this class.  Everything will be  done either standing or seated in a chair.

Core Strength Conditioning

  • This class focuses on improving core strength by working the abdominal, back and gluteal muscles.  The class format consists of a thorough total body warmup, core strength work, and total body final stretch.  The goal of this class is to activate, engage, and strengthen core muscles to increase daily endurance, improve posture and prevent injury.

  • Light to medium intensity. Low impact. 

  • Designed for anyone who can easily get up and down from the floor. Modifications from seated and standing positions are also shown.

  • Equipment: Use of a mat is  preferred; bring yours. Other equipment you bring is optional as the main movements will use your own body weight to perform balance, stability, isometric exercises and more.

Fitness Bootcamp

  • This is not your typical hard-core bootcamp, unless you want the extra challenge. This is a bootcamp for all fitness levels to keep you moving and wanting to come back each session.

  • Light to high intensity. Low to high impact. 

  • Designed for anyone who is willing to accept challenges and do exercises that work for them. Exercises are shown with modifications and progressions while reaching all fitness levels. Come together as a group to stay motivated, consistent, determined and ready to conquer your workouts while setting and reaching personal goals.

  • Equipment: All types of equipment provided by the Instructor.



Schedule personal training sessions with Ashley!

Sessions are unique and personalized to each individual and their goals.

Sessions are held in the Fitness Center and will include a consultation, starting measurements (not required) and ending measurements (not required).

All clients will receive high quality instruction and motivating support while performing their customized exercise plan. 

This includes:

  • Learning how to properly utilize the center's machines 

  • Learning how to perform a variety of exercises with other equipment and/or your own body weight (ex. free weights, resistance bands, physio balls, etc..

Availability & Schedule 

  • 30 minute sessions

  • Sessions offered Monday through Saturday

  • Discuss available times and days directly with Ashley


  • $40 per Session (1/2 hour) 

  • Packages:

    • 1x per week = $160 per month

    • 2x per week = $320 per month

    • 3x per week = $480 per month 


Monday - Saturday: 5:00 A.M. to 9:00 P.M.
Sunday: 12:00 P.M. to 9:00 P.M.

ExCEL Staff may not be present during all hours of accessibility.Use of the fitness center is at the member's discretion.
