TO PREPARE FOR 2026 MEMBERSHIPS & RENEWALS​
​***IMPORTANT REMINDER***
FOR ALL CURRENT FITNESS MEMBERS:

*AUTO-RENEWAL IN EFFECT*
As stated on your receipt of membership application, and in the official approval email that was sent out, the following process is in place and you will NOT need to re-apply for 2026, unless you requested the auto-draft renewal to be cancelled.
(If your auto-draft was cancelled, your membership to the Fitness Center will end 12/31/2025 until you re-apply online or in-person).

This means returning members no longer need to “enroll” each year (as long as the auto-draft was not cancelled)

Payments will be recurring until cancelled

$10 (plus processing fee) will be auto-drafted annually the first week of December​

Membership will continue, without deactivation, unless any of the following occur:

Declined payment​​​

Inability to clear annual background screening

Lost or damaged Key card?
-
Let us know so we can deactivate the card

Key card replacement fee - $10 (plus processing fee) to receive a new access card​
