ExCEL FITNESS CENTER MEMBERSHIP
ExCEL Fitness Center Membership is available to Terrell ISD residents ages 50+ and all Full-Time TISD Staff and their spouses. There is a simple process to obtain the required membership and gain access to the facilities. This process for each group is outlined in the steps below.
HOW TO JOIN?
PROCESS FOR NEW MEMBERSHIPS & END OF YEAR AUTO-RENEWALS
Important Information:

MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION DATES
FROM: DECEMBER 8, 2025 - 3:00PM
TO: OCTOBER 15, 2026 - 11:00PM
​
ExCEL will process applications & background screenings within 10 business days.
However, please allow extra time for applications submitted during the long Terrell ISD Holidays:

DEC. 16 - JAN. 5, 2026 | WINTER BREAK​
MAR. 10 - 23, 2026 | SPRING BREAK
JUN. 24 - JUL. 6, 2026 | FOURTH OF JULY BREAK

*All applications require the following:
- Valid Home Mailing Address (PO Boxes are NOT accepted)
- Valid Email Address
- Valid Phone Number
-Valid Date of Birth
*New Members:
You will be notified via email or phone when your application has been approved & your Key Card is ready for pick up.
*Returning Members:
Your current Key Card will simply remain active for the year or be reactivated within 10 business days (or longer during long Terrell ISD Holidays) if it has expired.

PLEASE READ THROUGH EACH SECTION BELOW TO MAKE SURE YOU ARE ONLY RE-APPLYING IF NECESSARY, IN ORDER TO PREVENT DUPLICATE APPLICATIONS.​

CURRENT FITNESS MEMBERS:

*AUTO-RENEWAL IN EFFECT*

The following process is in place and you will NOT need to re-apply for 2026, unless you requested the auto-draft renewal to be cancelled and plan to re-enroll for another year.
(If your auto-draft was cancelled, your membership to the Fitness Center will end 12/31/2025 until you re-apply online or in-person)

Current returning members no longer need to “enroll” each year (as long as the auto-draft was not cancelled)

Payments will be recurring until cancelled

$10 (plus processing fee) will be auto-drafted annually in December​

Membership will continue, without deactivation, unless any of the following occur:

Declined payment​​​

Inability to clear annual background screening

Lost or damaged Key card?
-
Let us know so we can deactivate the card

Key card replacement fee - $10 (plus processing fee) to receive a new access card​

Payment method need to be updated?

Option 1: Customer can view their membership status & update payment information

View your membership status

Update the card on file​: click the (change) button next to your membership payment method​

CANCELLED AUTO-DRAFTS & MEMBERSHIPS:

If your auto-draft was cancelled:

Important Information:
This is a one-time requirement only.
All Full-Time Employees have free access to the ExCEL Fitness Center as a benefit of employment at Terrell ISD. The only requirement is to sign/acknowledge the documents found in the link below.
Once completed, your campus key card will be activated for access to the ExCEL Fitness Center.
Please read over all the documents, make your selection from the drop down box
("I Agree" or "I Do Not Agree") Click "Submit" and you're all done!
*Reminder: This is only required once during your tenure at Terrell ISD.
As long as you remain a Terrell ISD employee and abide by
the Fitness Center rules, your key card will remain active.

Note:

Community Members (50+)
must reside within Terrell ISD Boundaries to qualify for membership.
​

(Not all "Terrell" addresses will qualify)
